Every figure below is indicative, quoted in UAH and stated excluding VAT. Rates apply to contracts of three months or longer; scheduled maintenance is included at the stated cadence.

Rates exclude fuel, tolls and fines. Scheduled servicing, tyres and roadside assistance are included within the contract term.

VAT treatment

qjfinancenest.com operates as a single tax payer, so VAT is optional. Rates are shown net; if you require a VAT invoice, the applicable amount is added and itemised on each monthly statement. Full detail sits in the VAT and deposit notes.

Deposit and mileage bands

Deposits are refundable within ten banking days of return, subject to vehicle condition. Mileage is reconciled monthly; estimate your band with the mileage overage estimator.

VAT & deposit

How VAT, deposits and invoices line up

Three things decide what actually leaves your account each month: VAT treatment, deposit status, and the way each invoice line maps back to a contract clause.

VAT treatment
We contract as a single tax payer (EDRPOU 60276734), so VAT is optional. Every figure is marked either as a starting rate or as indicative, carries a UAH marker, and states whether VAT is included or billed as a separate line.
Deposit status
A deposit is held, not consumed. It is released after return inspection and final reconciliation, normally within 10 banking days. The amount follows fleet class and contract length and is fixed at signature.
Invoice mapping
One invoice line per contract clause: monthly rate, kilometres beyond the band, service work performed, deposit movement. The bands themselves are published under rate structure.
