Monthly vehicle rental for business customers in Ukraine.
Rental is available only to legal entities and private entrepreneurs. Each rental requires a signed written agreement. Customers provide registration details, authority documents of the signatory and driving licences of authorised drivers.
Rent is charged monthly in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Prices are fixed in the agreement; VAT is optional for the lessor as a single-tax payer and is shown separately if charged. Invoices are payable within the agreed term.
A refundable deposit, included monthly mileage and the excess-kilometre rate are set in the agreement. Delivery, collection and out-of-area return follow the agreed tariff.
Mandatory third-party liability insurance is included; the agreed excess per insured event is payable by the customer. Scheduled maintenance and wear parts are included. Fuel, tolls, parking, fines and penalties are excluded. During scheduled service we provide a comparable replacement; replacements after customer-caused damage are charged.
The customer is liable for damage, loss and missing equipment beyond fair wear, up to the agreed excess. Vehicles are returned clean, fuelled as delivered, with all keys and documents. This is a rental (hire) contract: it transfers no ownership and is not a financial lease.
